Common Questions
Your personal belongings and furniture.
We like to clean as much of the floor as possible so often we move some furniture. Maybe we have to move the dining chairs into the kitchen, or an ottoman into the hallway. That’s easy.
When it comes to larger, heavy or breakable pieces here are a few things to consider and why we encourage an estimate if there are any concerns over large or breakable pieces.
Furniture Manipulation and Moving Policy:
- Customer moves everything off carpet and/or floor and moves it back.
- We clean around furniture.
- We move the furniture with this note and pricing.
- Manipulating furniture during the cleaning process requires glides and blocks post cleaning to ensure no damage occurs to either the furniture or the carpet.
Do to the many stages of our cleaning process, the furniture must move many times. This will add time to your service charge.
We can certainly clean under a piece of furniture upon request. This will add time to your service charge.

Chairs (such as recliner) $10
If you would like us to move a sectional. Prices vary depending on number of sections.
All other items are price based on size and weight compared with sofas and chairs.
